Dumplin Valley Farm Series
This season the Dumplin Valley Farm Series will start in the Month of May from 13th with GRITS, which is a highly diverse band and will be performing a country show, Tunes from Waylon Jennings and other shows featuring a blend of famous rock songs. Timings of the show are 6pm to 8:30 EDT.
Last year in 2016, The Dumplin Valley Farm Concert Series started on Saturday May 14 with a doubleheader show featuring the powerhouse vocalist Abby Helton sponsored by the exceptionally acclaimed band GRITS From Dumplin Valley alongside Americana powerhouse Tractor head from Knoxville headlining.
The 2016 Season has an awesome lineup, the second Sat of every month May through Aug: May 14 GRITS/Tractor head June 11 Hillbilly Bonez July 9 Pop Seals and Open Range Aug 13 Terry Phillips/Lost Creek Band This remarkable outside scene offers amazing unrecorded music shows under the stars in an extremely casual nation setting. Before that in the year 2012, The Dumplin Valley Summer Concert Series opened on Saturday evening with an awesome performance by the most renowned GRITS and the prevalent Southern Drawl Band. The climate held out and a tremendous horde of excited music sweethearts delighted in the offerings of two truly show commendable performances. Kids played on inflatables and hundreds of fans littered the grass with covers and yard seats, as Grits and The Southern Drawl Band shook the group cultivate style.
The premier of the concert series was a hit with local people and acquired many away guests, too. The night commenced with Grits, as they got the show goers into the mindset for awesome music with their varied sound that offers something for each music sweetheart.
GRITS has a hometown following and they didn’t baffle with their performance, proving that sometimes the best things can be found in your own place. After their performance, The Southern Drawl Band came on the stage to put up a combo sort of sound that hits the best of nation and gives a gesture to feel great music of decades past. No doubt about it, the music and the sound is crisp yet the inclination is old fashioned.
The event also marked the release of Southern Drawl’s CD, which they reviewed for the group. The first melodies are very great and the CD was a well known buy of the night.
The Dumplin Valley Concert Series is a yearly occasion that gives amusement while raising cash to profit neighborhood philanthropies.
That year, some of the other performances were presented by Dr. Warren Stinson DDs, Fusion Martial Arts, Tidi-Waste Systems, Creekside Development, Thomas Tavern, Pizza Plus, Colboch Harley Davvidson, Sound Echo Sound and the Smokey Mountain Blues Society.
